Morning walk not just 2 but now increase on Sunday

Our morning walk activity had influence our children and my in laws.
I suggest to explore Henderson Waves and yes 3 of us make it there 3 weeks ago. The fresh air really make us feel so good that we wanted to tell the family to join in the next week, we took some pictures and completed the jounrney from Mount Faber to Alexandra Arch..
Family members from Changi agree to join in the next week and last minute all didnt turn up and ended up the family members from Bedok join us.

8 of us meet up at the car park and start our morning walk in the morning 7am. This time we didnt complete the whole alexandra arch cos my in law are quite old and i do not want to stress them, to make them feel more wanted to go the next time we end our walk at 9am.

Went to Katong for breakfast before we say goodbye.

That's really a good family get together activity... will have more to come..

I fell the worst this time in my last 40 years

Morning walk from our place to bedok north 531 for a cup of coffee and we continue to walk to blk 118 to pick up sis's car, $250k worth... high price but ofcos good performance, that's when i think of my old car. But i really thank god that i had change to a smaller car cos it actually lower my burden alot and in actual fact i no longer need to worry about the car installment for the next 8 and half years beside the maintainace.

Its my cookie's school chinese Orchestar SYF today at Singapore conference Hall, we enjoy the performance by a few school before POI CHING SCHOOL's turn.. I thought Catherlic Primary is doing very well cos quite a big group and follow by another good one from Southville Primary who actually using Chinese Orchestar to play like rock music, the children moving around while playing their instruments, we are like wathching the concert of 12 ye fang..

Its cookie's turn, she is searching for us before she can even seat down so i wave to her to assure her that we are there to give support... I think they are doing pretty well especially the 2nd song which i think their school actually let SWA NA play quite a part.. and i am very proud of her.
She cried when she walk the stairs down and i guess she must be feeling down that sge think that she is not playing well but i assured her that she is really doing very well and i even told her that some of the audience even mentioned POI CHING is playing well, when we walk out.

after say goodbye to cookie i went to the ladies at 2nd level,, Daddy was walking down the stairs infront of me, i accidentally trip which watching the phone and fell from the 5th steps of the stairs and bang at the back of daddy and my phone was seperated into 3 parts( cover, batt & phone),, i was quite badly injured i guess as i tried to stand up,, i was not feeling embarass actually but rather i was still trembeling cos i keep thinking if not for daddy who is infront of me i think i will sure resulted in hospital.
I quickly call Mr. Chow who i got golf game with tomorrow, and he said its ok to cancell and we drive to geylang for turtle soup.. saw my fren Yee Ling there with her friends, i didnt tell her about my fall cos too tire to tell.

What a day! but GOOD NEWS, Poi Ching Actually got GOLD for their performance and Catherlic got GOLD with Honour.. well done

my boy into Yoga...

my cookie was into yoga when i completed my yoga instructor course 2 years ago,,, she is quite flexible at that time... but now she ,,,,ur ur my god..

but my boy ivan suddenly ask me to teach him yoga..and just 3 days his forward bending improve tremendously

Haemorrhoids---piles

Piles condition getting worst.. not sure is it due to my morining walk of 1 and half hour in the morning...
Pple said I look so pale lately,, i tried to eat food which will produce blood since i lost so much lately... but still i was scolded by dear and he drag me to see doctor and suggest i go to A&E for speedy check..
Here i come SGH,, was a place i very familiar with.. o my is still the same old thing,,crowded like market so i ask him not to mix around and he left..
I lying down patiently and doze off for awhile, was thinking maybe a healthy person will also feel so sick when you are sent to this place.. a uncle scolded voulgar words from 4pm to 6pm,, i can just repeat mantra to him and surprisingly his family came to console him then he stops scolding..
waiting for the doctor for 3 hours and happend to be a guy and o my god he is going to examine my piles,, so embarrassing...
till 8pm then i check in to my room...opted for 4 beded and i was sent to a 2 beded room with just myself..
Endoscopy was done without any pain and the result was fine except the doctor claimed that the bleed is due to my internal piles and wants me to decide whether to remove... to me who is a yogi would want to change my diet and see it improve rather then a cut in my body,,,

桃燕珠---遥遥无期

我们好久都没有桃燕珠集餐了，，，现在都是我和珠去吃而已。。。因为桃都好忙。。。不过由于最近每个星期五都去珠的家打麻将 所以就多了一位新脚，，， 她就是 yee ling ,,她是我的顾客。。最近也和我们混的很火热。。也加入我们到桃的美容院去做facial。。
上个星期我们约好要去做facial 。。珠就提意不如让她和我去facial 那她可以去做她的头发。。

一起去Big's splash 新开的sushi T 。。 一群新的waiter and waitresses...就感觉地方还挺不错但新人就在service 上还不是很满意啦
